I tailor each of my massages for your specific needs. That being said, tools that I use during your service time (with your approval) are included in the price! 

Swedish

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

 

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. It combines oils or lotion with using a variety of  techniques including ironing, ploughing, and bone cleaning by use of fists, elbows, forearms, thumbs, finger tips, and knuckles.  

 

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a form of Japanese bodywork based on concepts of traditional Chinese medicine. This type of massage is done on the floor, while fully clothed, and does not include the use of oils or lotions. Techniques involved are point work, softening of muscles, stretches, percussion and joint mobilization.

 

Myofascial Therapy

The goal of MFT is to restore balance in your body! No oils or lotions are used, but pain relief creams can be added at the end of these sessions for added benefits! This massage technique is slow and intentional and is used to address specific problems. At every appointment, there will be an assessment chart that will assess any postural deviations and decreased ranges of motion. Techniques such as cross fiber and longitudinal release are used and their benefits are as follows:

Cross Fiber

  • Realignment of muscle fibers
  • Manipulation of scar tissue and adhesions
  • Speeds up healing
  • Increases blood circulation
  • Decreases pain

Longitudinal Release

  • Elongates the muscle fiber
  • Helps restore muscle elasticity
  • Releases superficial fascia from underlying tissue

 

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is great for reducing stress, swelling, pain and strain. It can facilitate blood & lymphatic circulation and promote relaxation . Please note that communication with your health care provider if you have a high risk pregnancy, or have concerns, is strongly suggested before receiving a massage.

 

 

 

Reiki Services

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that originated in Japan, centered around the belief in universal life energy that flows through all living beings. Practitioners use gentle touch or distance healing techniques to channel this energy, promoting relaxation, balance, and healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. The power of Reiki lies in its ability to facilitate deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes. Many people experience profound relaxation, emotional release, and increased clarity during and after sessions. Its non-invasive nature and emphasis on a holistic approach make it appealing for those seeking complementary care in their wellness journeys.

 

Reiki- 1 hour session: $80

Reiki- 1.5 hour session: $120

Reiki-2 hour session: $150

All tools and techniques are included in each session, but there are some add-ons that can be purchased to enhance your session.

 

15-min Cupping: $15

15-min Reiki (Post massage): $20

Events

Want to have me at your next event? I can offer 15 min chair massages booked every 20 mins for $60/hr! Travel fee is $20 within a 15 mile radius of my studio in Temecula.

Prefer I bring my table? Not a problem! I can still offer the same rate or offer 25 min sessions (2 per hour).
